*Refer-a-Friend Program ("Program"). Program available to referring individuals ("Referrers") who (i) ARE 18 Years of age or older and (ii)meet all other eligibility requirements. Clayton employees, their immediate family members, and licensed real estate agents may not participate in the Program. Not available in California or Nevada. Referrers who complete the purchase of a new home from a participating Clayton family of brands retailer ("Seller") will receive one Referral Code per household ("Referral Code"). Referrers who do not receive a Referral Coe should contact their Seller. Referrers who refer an eligible individual ("Friend") (i) who completes the purchase of a new home from the same Seller where the Referrer made their eligible purchase and (ii) whose home purchase otherwise complies with these Program terms, will receive a $500 referral check ("Reward") after Friend occupies the new home, Reward not available if Friend finances with FHA/USDA/VA. Friend must present the Referral Code to Seller at Friend's initial Home Center visit to be valid. Limit one Reward per Referrer household per calendar year. Allow 4-6 weeks after Friend's new home purchase has been completed to receive the Reward. Reward check will be made payable to the Referrer listed on the Referral program card. Program may be terminated or cancelled at any time without notice. Void where prohibited by law.
